Twelve high-speed production lines are available for use in Georgia alone, all equipped with pressure sensitive labeling for products at all viscosity levels. Additionally, we have equipment producing wipes. Induction sealing, sprayer insertion and automatic hot melt gluing are all available, depending on your needs. Our spot labeling machines provide high-speed placement of stickers and coupons. Multiple shrink wrap lines pack products as specified as clients.

Our large tank farms at each location are equipped with high speed mixers in all tanks, capable of blending products with a wide range of viscosity. Platform scales ensure precise measure in order to batch consistent products time in and time out. Raw materials are Quality Control analyzed in our lab, and can be purchased in quantities as large as tanker trucks to obtain the most competive pricing.

Modern Quality Control programs help us maintain our clients reputations, in turn ensuring return business from their customers and ultimately, the end user. Staff chemists work to perform Q.C. functions, maintain production retains and manage records for our clients. Paperwork required for regulatory agencies can be carried out at either facility. Constant attention to research and development serves to maintain our uncompromised reputation for integrity and consistency, formulate new cost saving formulas, and keep up with the latest industry innovations.

Our in house graphics department can handle design for your labels and packaging, and work with many vendors to attain the best pricing for your printing needs.

Start to finish, small and large production runs of many different bottle sizes and shapes are filled with minimal turn around time. Bottles are packed in boxes or consumer display units, put on pallets and wrapped with stretch film for ease of shipping. Finished product can be warehoused on either coast, delivered to your warehouse or immediately shipped directly from production line to your customers.
